Woman violating trespass order arrested at Burger King inside local Wal-Mart

Wal-Mart

A woman violating a trespass order was arrested for possession of methamphetamine on Monday at Wal-Mart in Summerfield.

Marion County sheriff’s deputies responded to the store at 17961 S. U.S. Hwy. 441 in reference to the trespassing complaint. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the loss prevention officer who advised that 29-year-old Amanda Lynn Fleming was trespassed from the store in December of 2017. Fleming was located at the Burger King inside the Wal-Mart.
Fleming told deputies she thought the trespass order was only valid for 30 days. Fleming was placed under arrest for trespassing after warning.
When asked if she had anything illegal inside of her purse, Fleming admitted she had heroin. A pink bag located inside her purse contained several syringes, a measuring device and one baggie that had a green leafy substance. The pink bag also contained a clear box which had small baggies with a white substance inside, small baggies containing a crystal substance and a rocky substance wrapped in aluminum foil. A cigarette box containing a small straw and another small container containing a small piece of crystal substance were located in the purse.
All substances field tested positive for either marijuana, heroin and methamphetamine. Fleming advised the straw was used to snort heroin.
She was transported to Marion County Jail. Bond was set at $7,000.
