Chadwick (Chad) Leland Zollar, 63, passed away on October 2nd, 2018 at West Marion Community Hospital in Ocala. Chad battled cancer for eight years with his characteristic determination, humility and gratitude toward everyone around him. He was a generous, loving and kind person who cared more for his wife Michelli, his family and friends than for himself.
For the last 30 years, Chad worked for International Paper as a project manager. During the last nine years of his career he worked in their office in Brazil, and returned to the US in 2015. He continued working for International Paper out of his home office in Florida until retiring in the end of August.
Chad was born on November 11, 1954 to the late Leland Zollar and his mother Charlene Zollar. He is survived by his devoted wife Michelli Neves Sato Zollar; his sons Curtis Zollar and Christopher Zollar, and his daughter Kristen Zollar.
