Leonard Robert Lanzillotti, 62 of Ocala, FL passed away at the Legacy Hospice House with his family by his side on Friday, Nov 9, 2018. Leonard was born in Worcester, MA and moved to the Ocala area in 1991 from Worcester. He was the sales manager for Quality Seafood’s Inc. in Worcester. Leonard enjoyed collecting sports memorabilia, comic books and action figures and being a music buff of classic rock. He was a member of St. Theresa’s Catholic Church in Belleview and the Knights of Columbus in Belleview council #8012.
Leonard is preceded in death by his wife Linda Lanzillotti, mother Mary Lanzillotti and brother Anthony Lanzillotti, Jr. He is survived by his Son- Leonard “Leo” R. Lanzillotti, Jr of Ocklawaha, FL, father Anthony Lanzillotti of Ocala, FL., and grandson- Jayden Lanzillotti of NC, niece- Vanessa Lanzillotti of Beverly, MA, aunt- Margaret Desantis of Webster, MA, uncle Robert (Karen) Lanzillotti of Webster, MA, aunt Joanne (Andrew) Kozak of Shrewsbury, MA, aunt Geraldine (Steven) Pizarczyk of Brookfield, MA and a host of cousins.
The family will be having a memorial Mass at the church at a later date Donation in lieu of flowers can be made to Hospice of Marion County or St. Theresa’s Catholic Church in memory of Leonard.
