The Florida Department of Health in Marion County will host its annual BRAZEN Summer Youth Rally on June 14, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Silver Springs Shores Recreation Center (590 Silver Rd).
The event is free for all Marion County youth between the ages of 11 and 19. Music, lunch, games, and prizes will be provided.
BRAZEN is the Sexual Risk Avoidance program in the Health Education branch of the Florida Department of Health in Marion County. It is a youth development program that educates youth on healthy decision making to build awareness, character and self-confidence in the youth of Marion County.
The event is sponsored by the Marion County Children’s Alliance.
