A menu filled with burgers, pizza, wings, and a variety of entrees and salads create a comfortable setting, even before you add in the patio furniture and wooden fixtures that fill the dining area at Brooklyn’s Backyard.

The restaurant, located at 2019 E Silver Springs Blvd, bills itself as a “backyard-themed” pub, serving craft beers and wines out of their tiki bar, and cooking up American cuisine for patrons sitting on patio tables atop indoor turf.

The menu at Brooklyn’s Backyard is a diverse one to say the least. From fried cheese bites and garlic knots, to edamame and pierogis, the finger foods, much like the entrees, offer diners a chance to sample foods from all around the world.
The sandwiches similarly include basics like meatball subs and a spin on the classic reuben (using a potato bun), to a crabcake BLT, a po’boy, and a traditional Italian sandwich.
If Brooklyn’s Backyard can be categorized by its menu in any capacity, you may think it leans towards Italian cuisine. The restaurant offers a collection of different classic pizzas, including gluten free options, strombolis, and flatbreads, in addition to fettuccine alfredo, eggplant rollatini, baked cavatappi, and even cannolis for dessert.

As soon as you think you’ve figured out their style, Brooklyn’s shows you otherwise with their take on chicken and shrimp curry, rice bowls, and a Mediterranean chicken that is served with a mushroom rice pilaf.

If you are looking for a unique dessert, try their s’mores, which come equipped with all of the ingredients for your table to roast up the classic campfire treat.
The restaurant offers a different special every day of the week, and their list of craft beers changes regularly. It also offers a different soup of the day, and each month they highlight a different burger and wing.

Brooklyn’s opens every day at 11 a.m., closing at 9 p.m. from Monday through Thursday, 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 8 p.m. on Sunday.
