To the Editor:
I too have had a claim with Fl unemployment since April 2021. I have been led around in circles. None of the phone numbers on line work. The phone the gentleman was talking about always told you there was a busy signal. I called that number 26 times in two days. Only to get the same message each time. I had to identify myself and verify my identification where I spent from 3 PM to 5:30 PM and after his zoom call was told I had already done that. That’s impossible since I hadn’t sent that information in. Now I get a letter in the mail stating my identification was not verified and I had two weeks to do so. This has caused me so much anxiety along with not having a job nor income. I was in the healthcare industry and lost my job due to Covid. So much for being a hero.
