Sister Hazel, a Billboard chart-topping band that blends folk, classic, and southern rock, is returning to the Reilly Arts Center in November.
The concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, November 11 at the Reilly Arts Center, which is located at 500 NE 9th Street in Ocala.
In their first showing on the country music charts, Sister Hazel made a strong debut with “Lighter In The Dark” at #4 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart, #6 on Billboard’s Independent Albums chart, and #30 on Billboard’s Top Current Albums chart.
The band landed on Billboard’s Top Country Albums Chart again in 2018 and 2019 with Volumes I, II, III, and IV of an EP compilation series titled “Elements.” The first EP from the series, “Water,” peaked at #9 on the Billboard Country Albums chart. The following three EP’s, “Wind” (#1 on the iTunes country page), “Fire” (#5 on Billboard’s Independent Albums chart), and “Earth” (#15 on Billboard’s Americana/Folk Album chart) were also successful.
Sister Hazel has made their Grand Ole Opry debut, and they have also shared the stage with country music superstars at The CMA Festival and Tortuga Music Festival, among others. In addition to the events and touring, the band also gives back with “Lyrics For Life.” Founded by singer Ken Block and the Band, the charity unites musicians and celebrities for concerts and auctions to benefit cancer research and patient-care charities.
Tickets for the upcoming concert are now on sale for Reilly Members and range from $25 to $75. The general public will be able to purchase tickets beginning at 10 a.m. on Friday, August 5.
