To the Editor:
I’ve been living in Summerfield for the past three years. We moved from south Florida because of the traffic and craziness. We love Marion County and our town, but there is one issue that I have: internet options.
Where I live, we only have one option for internet and that’s CenturyLink DSL, which is terrible. We only get 10 Mbps (download) and 1 Mbps (upload). Not only is it slow, but it disconnects at least once a day.
Fiber-optic is in our area but not on my block, and Spectrum is behind us. I hope we get better options soon.
