Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has appointed Dr. Diane Gullett, Superintendent of Marion County Public Schools, to the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention State Advisory Group.

Dr. Diane Gullett, Superintendent of Marion County Public Schools, is the newest member of the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention State Advisory Group

This group currently consists of individuals from across the state who have training, experience, or special knowledge of the juvenile justice system. All members are appointed by the governor and are responsible for the advisory of federally allocated funds.

The group’s mission is to prevent juvenile delinquency in Florida.

“I am truly honored to be asked to serve in this capacity and look forward to supporting the prevention of juvenile delinquency across the state of Florida,” stated Gullett.
