Comedian Peter Fogel coming to Ocala

Comedian Peter Fogel is bringing his multimedia comedy show “Til Death Do Us Part…You First!” to the NOMA Black Box in Ocala later this month.

The comedy show, which is directed by Academy Award Nominee Chazz Palminteri and written by Fogel, will be performed on the following dates in the NOMA Black Box at the Reilly Arts Center (500 NE 9th Street in Ocala):

  • Wednesday, June 21 at 7:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, June 22 at 7:30 p.m.
  • Friday, June 23 at 7:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, June 24 at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, June 25 at 3 p.m.

“Til Death Do Us Part…You First!” tells the story of eternal bachelor Peter Fogel who has major commitment issues. He senses his own mortality and, after much soul searching, decides to revisit the scene of all his romantic disasters.

Fogel is an award-winning comedian, actor, and playwright who has performed in the United States, Canada, and Australia over the past 25-plus years. He is also a motivational speaker, copywriter, and author of five books including “Reboot Your Career: 27 Ways to Reinvent Yourself in The Workplace (If You Still Have a Job).”

During his lengthy career, Fogel has worked or appeared on over 20 television programs such as Comic Strip Live, Comedy on the Road, Married With Children, Unhappily Ever After, Chicago Sons, and Men Behaving Badly. Additionally, he has made network appearances on HBO, NBC, MTV, PBS, and A&E.

Tickets for the upcoming shows at the NOMA Black Box cost $35 per person.
