Felicita Maldonado, 72, of Brooklyn, New York passed away on May 30, 2024, in Ocala, Florida.
Felicita was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico to Maria Rivera and Eladio Maldonado on March 8, 1952. She worked as a seamstress for many years and was a homemaker. She enjoyed dancing, cooking, sewing, and being with family.
Felicita was survived by her daughter Lissette, and Stephanie; her son Richie; her grandchildren Carlos, Veronica, Matthew, Kim, Novanie, Xarai, Malakai, Raydenlee, Mariah, and Summer; her great-grandchildren Emma, Jace, Noel, Ryan, and Aria; her sisters Emerita, Judy, Coco.
The Funeral Service will be held at 6241 SW State Road 200, Ocala, Florida 34471 on Monday, June 3, 2024, beginning at 4 p.m. for immediate family: 5 p.m. for all others. Roberts of Ocala Funerals and Cremations will be handling the funeral arrangements.
Mama, we love you so much. Our hearts are broken but we thank God, we had you for the time we did. I hope you know how important and appreciated you were. May you be at peace. Mama lives on through all of us remembering every aspect of who she was. We will always remember her thoughtfulness, smile, funny statements, dancing, and her delicious cooking. Until we meet again…
