To the Editor:
As someone who dedicated my entire career working with individuals who have developmental disabilities, I have noticed that Ocala has a great need for more and better services for our special needs adults and children, especially services that are supported by Medicaid funding.
I am pleased and excited to see that Bridge to Hope is building a quality day program to help meet the vast needs of our adults with developmental disabilities!
My hope is that other such programs will be developed to continue to provide support and choices for our adults in need.
