Irene Rosi, 81 years young, passed peacefully at her home surrounded by family, in Ocala Florida on May 31, 2024 to join her husband Arthur Rosi in the Kingdom of Heaven.
She was born on June 12, 1942 in Long island NY. She accomplished many of her aspirations. She trained and showed Paso Fino’s. Owned an Art Gallery. Then went on to help animals working with a vet for many years which, then lead her into the medical field until she retired. She always was willing to help others with an open heart. She was also an amazing fun loving, strong, courageous and supportive mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her brother Charles Ostrov. Four daughters Laura Pettry, Alison Huilker (Mark Huilker), Dara Ocepek (Paul Ocepek), Christina Rosi (Jason D). Grandchildren Amanda & Trevor Keane, Samantha Pettry, Michael & Lynsey Huilker, Andrew Huilker, Even Ocepek, Erin Ocepek, Cynthia Lashley, Jared Lily. Great grandchildren Ally, Lilly, Sarah, Trevor, Payton, Colton, Michael. She is preceded in death by her parents Harry & Juliette Ostrov and her two Siblings Daniel Hoffman, Enid Bayer.
She has touched many of our hearts and will be truly missed every day. We will see you again in the Kingdom of Heaven.
