A 63-year-old woman recently became a millionaire thanks to a scratch-off ticket she purchased at a local convenience store.

On Thursday, September 19, the Florida Lottery announced that Levy County resident Dianna Baker visited its Gainesville District Office and claimed a $2 million top prize from the FLORIDA 100X THE CASH scratch-off game.

Baker chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $1,390,000.

The winning ticket was purchased at the Kwik Stop located at 529 U.S. Highway 40 West in Inglis. The convenience store received a $4,000 bonus commission for selling the winning scratch-off ticket.

The Florida Lottery’s $10 scratch-off game, 100X THE CASH, features more than 700,000 prizes ranging from $50 to $100,000, with several top prizes of $2 million. The game’s overall odds of winning are 1-in-3.49, according to lottery officials.
