The second annual OTrak Chalk Walk will bring live chalk art drawing by professsionals and students to the Tuscawilla Art Park this weekend.

The Chalk Walk will be held on January 25, from 10 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Tuscawilla Art Park, which is located at 213 NE 5th St. in Ocala.

Visitors will be able to walk along the OTrak to watch live chalk art drawing by professional and student artists competing for Best in Show, Second Place, and People’s Choice. Winners of the competitions will be announced at 4:30 p.m. in the Art Park.

The event will feature local artisans and craftsmen, non-profits, and food trucks along with the chalk art.

It is free and open the public.

The event will also feature live musical performances by Fareeza, Niño Castaneda, David Smith Jr., and The Mudds as well as student performances by Devotions Dance Company.

Families and attendees will be able to create their own chalk drawing at the Art Park for $10 (cash only).

Chalk is provided by Ocala Cultural Arts along with a designated sidewalk square inside the park.
