A recently constructed dental office building in northwest Ocala was just sold for more than $3 million.
WJC Properties LLC purchased the property from WMG Real Estate 3 LLC for $3,017,500 on February 18, according to a deed filed with the Marion County Clerk of Courts.
Located at 4631 NW Blitchton Road, the parcel is home to Foxwood Dental Care. It was sold as a net-leased investment, with the tenant recently committing to a brand-new, 10-year corporate lease that includes multiple five-year extension options.
Foxwood Dental Care is supported by Heartland Dental, the largest dental support organization in the United States, which operates over 1,800 offices nationwide.
The sale highlights the high demand for commercial real estate in the Foxwood area, specifically near the Interstate 75 interchange.
The property is located adjacent to the Shops at Foxwood, in an area that has seen steady growth over the past several years. New developments include Staybridge Suites, Starbucks, Spires 27, and UF Health Ocala Neighborhood Hospital, among other developments. The lot directly adjacent to the dental office is home to Fifth Third Bank.
