I think Raising Cane's should serve more vegan options.

To the Editor:

Raising Cane’s may be known for selling “chicken fingers,” but crinkle-cut fries are the only vegan option it currently offers (“PETA tosses blood, urges all to ‘Go Vegan’ while protesting first Raising Cane’s in Ocala,” March 4).

If it wants to attract customers rather than protesters, it should offer some vegan options, such as Just Meat, Beyond vegan chicken, or a vegan chicken sandwich.

Until then, more and more customers will go to more vegan-friendly fast-food joints, like Chipotle, Burger King, Taco Bell, or Panda Express, or get vegan chicken from the many vegan-friendly stores and restaurants in Central Florida, where I live.
