To the Editor:
I have been a vegetarian for nearly 50 years. Eating out has often been a challenge, but I can usually find something to eat. Thankfully, there are a lot more options available today.
That being said, a restaurant that is know for its chicken should not be expected to cater to vegetarians anymore than a car dealership should make sure that it has every kind of car available to buy.
If Raising Cane’s doesn’t offer what you want, go elsewhere.
