The annual Belleview Fishing Derby and community cookout will return to Lake Lillian Park this weekend.
The community event will occur on Saturday, April 4 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Check-in is at 8:00 a.m. at Lake Lillian Park, which is located at SE Robinson Road in Belleview.
The fishing derby is free for all young anglers ages 15 and under. Space is limited.
Children will compete for trophies for the longest fish, shortest fish, and most fish caught.
After the derby, a community cookout will be hosted courtesy of the Belleview Police Department.
