A recreation center in east Marion County will host a masquerade ball for mothers to share a night of music, dance, and fun with their children.
The Forest Community Center will host the A Night with Mom: A Masquerade Ball on Friday, May 8, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The center is located at 777 S County Road 314A in Ocklawaha.
The ball will offer an evening for mothers and children come together to share a memorable night of music, movement, and fun, all while dressed in masks.
Participants will enjoy a prom-style dance designed to celebrate connection and togetherness.
The cost to attend the event is $10, according to event organizers.
