With heavy hearts and deep gratitude for a life well lived, we announce the passing of Kelly Jo Muzzy on June 20, 2026 at the age of 63.
Kelly was a devoted mother of two and a cherished grandmother of three. Known for her strong work ethic and determination, Kelly was never afraid of hard work. She approached every challenge with resilience and grace, setting an example of perseverance and dedication for her family and everyone who knew her. Her kindness, generosity, and unwavering commitment to those she loved left a lasting impression on countless lives.
Kelly was preceded in death by her beloved father, William Glenn Boyer, and her dear brother, William Gregory Boyer. While their losses were deeply felt, she carried their memories with her with the many stories she shared.
She is survived by her mother, Avis Ilia Boyer; two children, Tabatha Sue Rochell and Erik Zachary Muzzy; her three beloved grandchildren, Alexis Rochell, Kanen Muzzy and Aria Muzzy; Several Nieces and Nephews, Catie Boyer, Carie Boyer, Nathan Pezzuto and Nova Joseph, Kyle Muzzy (Tiffany); several ‘Bonus children’, Dustin Lawson, Kelsey Stokes, Salomon Penaloza, Tia Treiber and friends who will deeply miss her presence, wisdom, and loving spirit.
While our hearts mourn her loss, we celebrate the remarkable life she lived and the legacy of love, strength, and family she leaves behind. Her memory will continue to inspire and guide us, and she will forever remain in our hearts.

The family wants to thank Marion County Hospice, especially the staff at Grace Davis Hall House for taking such great care of her in her final month of life.
The family also invites all who knew and loved Kelly to join in celebrating her life and honoring the beautiful legacy she leaves behind. Her celebration of life will be in July, more info to come.
