Michael George Dengel, 41, of Reddick, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2026.
Michael was born at PEASE A.F.B., N.H. to Mike and Barbara Dengel on July 15th, 1984. He went to North Marion High School, then went on to earn a career in the movie and music industry as a stunt car driver. He also taught Defensive Driving to Law Enforcement Officers around the country for the Department of Defense.
His hobbies were anything that included cars or motorcycles. He loved to race professionally at the 24Hr Le Mans, the Rolex 24 or just our local cars shows. Hollywood worked with the Make A Wish Foundation and with Wreaths Across America. It was very important to him to assist with the family’s involvement with those organizations.
Michael is survived by his parents: Mike & Barbara Dengel; his sister, Jackie Dengel-Wise: his nephews: Wyatt & Coye Wise; his beloved grandmother, Gislinda Tatum and his Aunts Connie Dengel and Inke Hamilton.
A small Memorial Service for close friends and family will be held at 1:00 p.m. on July 11, 2026 at Roberts of Ocala Funeral Home
