Phyllis A. Plate, 92, passed away in Ocala, FL on May 27, 2018.
She is survived by, her 3 daughters Barbara A, Montgomery, Suzanne J. Dickey, and Darlene P. Sternberg. And 3 sons Gregory C. Plate and his wife Mary, Charles B. Plate III and his wife Mary Lee, and Timothy C. Plate and his wife Mary, 10 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.
Private funeral services will be held at a later date to be selected by the family.
