The Sumter County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an apparent suicide at a postal station in the Village of Polo Ridge.
Sheriff’s office personnel were called to the scene Monday afternoon where an individual died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
The individual, who was identified as a male, drove to the postal station before shooting himself.
