Marion County sheriff’s deputies arrested a Lake Park woman Thursday after she violated conditions of her probation.
Lauren Alexis Taylor, 22, was taken into custody in connection with an April 2017 charge of driving under the influence with property damage. Taylor had been placed on probation on June 13 of last year for 12 months. But after failing to fulfill four conditions included in her probation, a warrant was issued for her arrest on July 27.
The conditions she failed to meet were:
• She owed $175 in fees after agreeing to pay $60 a month to cover the cost of supervision and rehabilitation.
• She failed to show proof of completing 75 hours of community service.
• She failed to complete a random drug and alcohol screen on July 17 after being reinstated on probation on June 28.
• She failed to show proof of completion after her vehicle was impounded for a period of 10 days.
Taylor was booked into the Marion County Jail on Thursday at 3:38 a.m. She was released at 11:14 a.m. and no future court date has been released.
