Timothy Robert Degrenia, April 14, 1966 – December 2, 2-18. Born in Chateauroux, France he spent most of his childhood in North Dakota. Tim graduated from Lansford High School in 1984. After graduation, he spent two years in the ND Army National Guard and later moved to Baltimore Maryland, where he worked for Spider Rigging Equipment. Around 2005, Tim moved to Florida, and within a few years settled into working for Sears Automotive as a Service Manager and later became a Store Manager at several different locations until the time of his death on December 2, 2018.
Tim was the most giving person we have ever known. He made his share of mistakes but his heart was big and generous. He never met a stranger. He took care of his family and his neighbors and made lifelong friends. Tim was a great boss and the best son and brother anyone could have. He cared for everyone above himself.
Tim is survived by his mother, Joan Abernathey, Summerfield, FL; stepmother, Nancy Degrenia, Ocala FL; son, Hayden Degrenia (Kristen) Minot, ND; brother, Mark Degrenia (Sherry), Del Rio, TX; sisters, Robin Degatina (James), Summerfield, FL, Michelle Schepp, Summerfield, FL; and several uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and friends too numerous to count. Tim will never be forgotten and will forever in our hearts.
A service will be at Christ the King Anglican Church, 4440 SE 3RD Ave. Ocala, FL 34480 on December 22, 2018 at 11am. In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations made to the Humane Society of Marion County, 701 NW 14th Road, Ocala FL 34475.
