William D. Means, 91, of Ocala, Florida passed away October 29, 2018. He was born to the late Herbert and Emma Sisson Means on March 4, 1927 in Charleston, West Virginia.

He proudly served his county in the United States Army and Airforce. William owned and operated various business throughout his life and was quite the entrepreneur. He moved to the Ocala area over 20 years ago from Bradenton, Florida and was of Baptist Faith.
William was preceded in death by his loving wife, Margaret T. Means.

He is survived by daughter, Moira M. Bates (Mike) of Ocala, Florida; grandsons, Cody W. Clifton of Ocala, Florida and Keyvius N. Sampson (Haley) of Tampa, Florida; great grandson, Kaius N. Sampson of Tampa, Florida; companion, Norma Blankenship of Alum Creek, West Virginia.

A Celebration of Life Service will be Saturday, January 12, 2019, 11AM at Central Christian Church 3010 NE 14th Street Ocala, Florida 34470. Arrangements are under the care of Baldwin Brothers Funeral Home, Ocala, Florida.
