EarthFest will return to the city of Ocala next year.
The city’s annual arbor day celebration, which was originally scheduled for April 25, 2020, will take place at Tuscawilla Park on Saturday, April 24, 2021, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This year’s EarthFest was postponed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, which forced the city to cancel and postpone a slew of events over the past eight months.
“Fun for the whole family, kids can try out tree rappelling, participate in the youth fishing derby, feed live butterflies and climb the rock wall,” reads a post by the Ocala Recreation and Parks Department’s Facebook page.
Live music will play throughout the event and food trucks and vendors will be on site.
For more information, or to register as a vendor for the event, visit the city of Ocala Recreation and Parks EarthFest webpage.
