A 21-year-old Dunnellon man was killed in a one-vehicle crash Sunday night.
The crash took place around 10 p.m. when a sedan traveling west on S.W. 5th Place failed to stop at a stop sign at S.W. 210 Avenue. The vehicle traveled through the T-intersection and struck a tree, a Florida Highway Patrol report states.
The crash was discovered by a passerby Monday morning after the sun came up. The driver of the vehicle was pronounced dead by Marion County Fire Rescue at 7:13 a.m., the report says.
