Thomas Harlod Curtis, 72, of Ocala, FL – July 23, 1948-April 19, 2021 – passed away peacefully in his home under the loving care of Jo Brooks and Kindred Hospice.

Thomas was born in Ocala Florida and lived in Leesburg until moving back to Ocala in 2010. He was a graduate of Ocala High School class of 1967. He Entered the us Army 1968-1972. He served in Chu Lai Vietnam 1969-1971 B Company 123rd ACB AREO Scout warlords as Huey crew chief.

He Volunteered with Marion County Ocala Marion County Veterans Memorial Park. He was a member of the Vietnam Veterans Association. He was a member of St Paul’s Catholic Church, Leesburg FL. He was the Owner of Curtis flooring Installation Co. for 30 years, retiring in 2010.

He was proceeded in death by his father, Joseph Harrold Curtis, mother Jane Medlin Curtis.

Survivors include Jo brooks and longtime companion of 36 years, sister Patsy Clark and brother-in-law Mike Clark (Ocala, FL), Daughter Leah Curtis Crosby and son-in-law Chase Crosby (Ft. Mills, SC), Son Brian Curtis, and daughter-in-law Amanda Curtis (San Diego, CA), Extended Family: Roland Brooks (Melbourne, FL), Ben Brooks (Ft. Meyers, FL), Kathy Dismuke (Rock Hill, SC), Kim Brown (Ocala, FL), 5 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

Celebration of life service will be held at Ocala County Veterans Memorial Park, on Fort King Street, Ocala Florida May 15, 2021 at 10am.
