The Ocala Police Department is asking for the public’s help to track down a group of suspects connected to a string of local burglaries.
The thefts occurred in the southwest Ocala neighborhood of Meadows of Heathbrook. According to the department, the incidents began the evening of Sunday, June 20 and proceeded into the early morning hours of Monday, June 21.
A report from the Ocala Police Department indicates that four suspects stole a firearm from one vehicle and then, after committing other burglaries and thefts in the area, stole a car to flee.
Ocala police are asking the public to help identify the suspects using video captured by some of the surveillance camera at residences in the community.
