Marion County health professionals and physicians will speak on a variety of cancer management topics during an upcoming livestream event.
The Cancer Alliance of Marion County will host a Steering Clear of Cancer livestream event on Wednesday, September 29 from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Dr. Luis Carrascosa of Florida Cancer Specialists and Jessie Driggers of the Florida Department of Health will speak on lifestyle, screenings, early detection, self advocacy, mental wellness, and stress management in an effort to help residents fight cancer.
