Copa has closed the doors on its LGBTQ nightclub in Ocala.
The popular nightclub officially closed for business at the end of last month at 2330 South Pine Avenue after more than a decade and a half in business.

The club featured a variety of themed nights and events, including drag shows and Latin nights, among others.
Billed as Ocala’s only exclusive LGBTQ club, Copa is not the only nightclub to close its doors during the ongoing pandemic.
“Due to COVID-19, we had to close our doors in early March & we still don’t know when we would have the opportunity to fully operate,” read a post from the company’s former Facebook page.
