To the Editor:
I have a 90-year-old friend that lives in the city. She doesn’t drive or even get driven. I want to know what is her recourse to accommodate these changes?
Is the city taking into account these individuals that can’t comply with changes?
She can’t raise her concerns since she is not computer or tech-savvy.
Can she call to make appointments for pick-up? What can she do?
