‘Santa on the Square’ has a few dates remaining in downtown Ocala before the festivities are wrapped up next week.
The popular family-friendly event is being held at the downtown square from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, December 14 and Thursday, December 16 before wrapping up with a final event on Tuesday, December 21.
Social distancing will be in effect for all photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus. Up to eight people will be allowed in a photo at one time, and guests can bring their own cameras.
After the photos, treats will be handed out to the children.
All guests are encouraged to wear face coverings, keep a distance of six feet apart while in line, and utilize the hand sanitation stations provided by the city.
