Brick City Anime Festival kicks off at World Equestrian Center this weekend

The Brick City Anime Festival arrives at the World Equestrian Center this weekend.

The anime and cosplay event is being held on Saturday, February 12 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, February 13 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., at the World Equestrian Center’s Expo 1 Building located at 1750 NW 80th Avenue in Ocala.

The two-day festival will feature many activities such as meet-and-greets, guest panels, contests, a gaming area, and a Maid café.

Featured guests will appear throughout the festival, including notable voice actors and actresses in television, movies, and video games.

Bryce Papenbrook (voice of Eren Yeager in ‘Attack on Titan’), Cherami Leigh (voice of Sailor Venus in ‘Sailor Moon’), Lauren Landa (voice of Annie Leonhardt in ‘Attack on Titan’), Stephanie Nadolny (voice of Son Goku and Son Gohan in the ‘Dragon Ball’ series), and Joshua Seth (voice of Tai in ‘Digimon’) are confirmed for the event.

The event offers tickets for single day admission ($25) or admission to both days ($40). Children ages 10 and under get in for free with adult supervision.
