The Marion County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing and endangered 79-year-old woman who was last seen leaving her home in Belleview on Wednesday evening.
According to a media release from the sheriff’s office, on Wednesday, October 19, at approximately 8:30 p.m., Ellen Francis Armao was last seen leaving her residence located in the 9300 block of SE 119th Lane in Belleview.
When Ellen was last seen, she was wearing a leopard top with black leggings, and she is believed to be driving her red 2021 Kia Rio with Florida license plate DVGR85.
MCSO states that there is concern for Ellen’s safety due to her recent unusual behavior and diminished mental capacity.
