Due to scheduled maintenance, the downtown parking garage located at 296 Broadway Street in Ocala will experience partial closures beginning on Monday, April 24 through Friday, June 2.
On the affected dates, the parking garage will undergo extensive deep cleaning and restriping. The garage is expected to resume regular parking operations on Saturday, June 3.
Signs will be in place to indicate parking deck closures and direct guests to available parking. Restricted areas will be marked off with appropriate devices, and any vehicles parked in a restricted area will be towed at the owner’s expense.
During this time, visitors may utilize parking throughout the downtown area. There are approximately 160 parking meters located throughout the downtown and midtown areas.
In addition to the metered parking spaces, visitors may use designated on-street parking. Restricted parking spots will be enforced.
