Michael Edwin (Mike) McQueen, age 66, of Salt Springs Florida passed away on July 16th, 2023, at his home.
Michael was born in Gainesville Florida to Ralph & Ruby McQueen on January 10th, 1957. He graduated from North Marion High School and worked for the Marion County School Board.
Michael is survived by 1 brother, Duane McQueen and 3 sisters, Helen Brooks, Gail MacIntosh, and Faye Stilwell, as well as multiple nieces and nephews.
He loved nature, plants, the lake, swimming, and fishing. He was a kind, carefree soul who laughed as much and as often as he could. He was bighearted and very generous with all his friends and family.
We will always treasure our memories of our dear brother and keep him in our hearts.
