Comedian Steve Hofstetter coming to Marion Theatre in March

A standup comedian with nearly 200 million views on YouTube and a reputation for “owning” hecklers is heading to Ocala in March.

On Friday, March 22, 2024, Steve Hofstetter will bring his standup tour to the Marion Theatre, which is located at 50 S Magnolia Avenue in Ocala. The 90-minute show is for adults only (ages 18 and up), and it will begin at 8 p.m.

Hofstetter has had two top 20 comedy albums, including one that reached #1 on the iTunes comedy charts. He was the host and executive producer of season one of Laughs (FOX), he appeared in four movies, and his television credits include the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, E! True Hollywood Story, Comics Unleashed, Comedy All-Stars, Quite Frankly, White Boyz in the Hood, Countdown, and more.

In addition to comedy, Hofstetter enjoys writing and has published two books: Ginger Kid and Grape Expectations. Ginger Kid is a top 5 pick on Amazon that debuted at number one in its category, and Grape Expectations was released last month.

A former columnist for Sports Illustrated and the NHL, Hofstetter has also written for Maxim and the New York Times, among others.

Tickets are available for the March 22nd show and range from $30 to $40. Limited VIP tickets, which include a private meet-and-greet, photo opportunity, limited edition shirt, autographed tour poster, and autographed book, are also available for $140.
