A new food truck that cooks up Brooklyn-style pizza is now serving Ocala and surrounding areas.
Brooklyn Pizza Factory officially opened for business last month. Owned and operated by Ruben Dario, the business attended its first event last week.
As its name suggests, the food truck primarily specializes in New York-style pizza that features thin, crispy crust.
In addition to pizza, the business also cooks up other Italian specialities including various pasta dishes and strombolis.
The food truck sells its items from locations in the city and delivery through various third party services, including GrubHub and DoorDash.
