Carlyse Ernestine Page Lofton was born on October 23, 1945, in Ocala, Florida, to the late Bishop Ernest Page Jr. and Helen Croskey Page. Her 3 sisters and 5 brothers preceded her in death.
She was educated through the Marion County School System, and received a High School Diploma from Howard High School in 1963.
She later met and married, Willie H. Lofton Sr., her husband on , June 23, 1963. Out of this union were born 1 daughter and 5 sons.
Carlyse was a loving, giving, devoted wife and mother. She served faithfully in the Eighth Street Church of God on the mother board, and as a member.
She leaves to cherish her memories; her husband of 60 years, Willie H. Lofton Sr.; one daughter Katrina Parker( Vernajor), five sons Willie Lofton Jr., Casey Lofton, Trevor Lofton, Theordore Lofton and Troy Lofton all of Ocala, FL.; One sister Mable Greene, of Raleigh, NC, two brothers Hansel Greene and Gary Greene of Cambridge, MD, 11 grand children, 9 great grand children, a host of Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who loved her dearly.
