A free boxing class will be held at the Mary Sue Rich Community Center this weekend.
The class will be held on Saturday, August 31, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Mary Sue Rich Community Center at Reed Place (1821 NW 21st Avenue).
Florida Golden Glove winner LaShawn Cornick will host the free boxing class for ages 10 and older.
The class is designed for everyone, regardless of body type or fitness level.
Attendees will experience a variety of boxing moves that will keep them engaged and energized.
