The United States Navy will test bombs at the Ocala National Forest every day this week for over 11 hours each day.
The Navy will conduct live/inert bombing tests at the Pinecastle Range Complex every day through Friday, February 14.
Bombs will be tested from 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday and Friday.
During bombing periods, motorists are advised that wildlife may be temporarily displaced.
Local residents are encouraged to secure items around residences and to be mindful of increased presence of large animals, including black bears.
