A multi-vehicle collision on Interstate 75 in Marion County is causing delays for northbound motorists on Wednesday evening.
According to Ocala Fire Rescue, the crash occurred on I-75 Northbound, near mile marker 351, bringing traffic to a standstill.
The collision caused all northbound lanes of I-75 to be closed, backing up traffic from mile marker 351 to mile marker 346.
“Please avoid the area,” said Ocala Fire Rescue in a social media post at 5:40 p.m. on Wednesday.
No further details were provided by OFR regarding the vehicles involved in the crash or the extent of any injuries.
