A commercial vehicle crashed into a utility infrastructure in Ocala on Monday morning, causing damage to three power poles and a temporary power outage in the surrounding area.
Ocala Electric Utility crews responded to the intersection of NE 43rd Place and NE 36th Avenue on Monday morning after receiving reports of three damaged power poles and a circuit outage.

According to OEU, a commercial vehicle struck utility infrastructure, causing a power disruption that impacted the surrounding area.
Crews worked quickly to restore power to all impacted customers. As of this afternoon, all local residents have had their power restored.
