Rotating sections of Tuscawilla Playground will be closed for new equipment and painting over the coming weeks.
The city of Ocala announced that rotating sections of Tuscawilla Playground will be closed over the next few weeks as park crews install new equipment and paint the area.
Additional maintenance and repairs will be conducted as needed during the time.
There will be barricades up to prohibit certain sections. Visitors are advised to keep clear of the closed areas and maintain a safe distance, as large equipment may be used for the project.
The rest of the Tuscawilla Park will remain open for use during the upgrades, according to city staff.
