The Marion County Parks and Recreation Carnival will offer inflatables, live music, and other family-friendly activities and entertainment when it returns to the Southeastern Livestock Pavilion this weekend.
The seventh annual installment of the carnival will take place on Saturday, October 4, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Southeastern Livestock Pavilion, which is located at 2232 NE Jacksonville Rd., in Ocala.
At the carnival there will be inflatables, music, food trucks, face painting, hayrides, a petting zoo, a kids zone, haunted stalls, of trick-or-treating, and family-friendly entertainment.
Youth armbands are $5 (cash only), or 5 non-perishable donations to go towards Bring the Harvest Home.
All funds raised from the event go towards the Marion County Parks & Recreation Youth Scholarship Program.
