To the Editor:

As a former employee of Walmart and other big companies I’d like for it to be known that it’s not always the employees fault for being stretched so thin, but still having to do so many tasks.

Apparently, as time and technology have improved, unfortunately, so has time allotted for customer service or conversational communication decreased exponentially.

To be told within an 8-hour shift that I’m not allowed more then 8.25 minutes of customer service communication is simply not acceptable as an employee or being a customer.

Fix your big company attitudes legally and literally or say goodbye like K-Mart, Sears, Woolworths, etc.
