Marion County Public Schools has officially released the commencement schedule for the Class of 2026, marking the upcoming graduation of nearly 3,500 high school seniors across the district.

Superintendent Dr. Danielle Brewer and members of the Marion County School Board will confer diplomas during the ceremonies, which are scheduled to take place throughout late May and June.

Individual high schools will distribute tickets to their graduating seniors for family and friends. The ceremony schedule for the Class of 2026 is as follows:

Belleview High School will hold its graduation on May 23 at 8 a.m. at Brent Hall Field. The baccalaureate service is set for May 14 at 6 p.m. at New Beginnings Community Church.

Dunnellon High School seniors will graduate on May 28 at 6 p.m. at Richard Kennedy Stadium. The baccalaureate will be held on May 21 at 6 p.m. at First Methodist Church of Dunnellon.

Forest High School is scheduled for May 30 at 8 a.m. at the Ocala World Equestrian Center. The baccalaureate is planned for May 21 at 6:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Ocala.

Hillcrest School will host its commencement on May 22 at 11 a.m. in the school gymnasium.

Lake Weir High School graduation will take place on May 22 at 6 p.m. at the school stadium. The baccalaureate is scheduled for May 18 at 6 p.m. at Wings of Faith Fellowship.

Marion Technical College will hold its ceremony on June 15 at 6 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Ocala.

North Marion High School seniors will graduate on May 29 at 7 p.m. at the Southeastern Livestock Pavilion. The baccalaureate is set for May 27 at 6 p.m. in the school auditorium.

Vanguard High School graduation is scheduled for May 29 at 8 a.m. at the Southeastern Livestock Pavilion. The baccalaureate will take place on May 21 at 6 p.m. at Generation Church.

West Port High School will hold its commencement on May 30 at 5 p.m. at the Ocala World Equestrian Center. The baccalaureate is planned for May 28 at 6 p.m. at the West Port Performing Arts Center.

To ensure safety, the district is implementing strict security protocols for all attendees during the ceremonies.

Guests will be required to pass through OpenGate weapons detection systems, and no bags or purses will be permitted inside the venues.

Officials also suggest that guests avoid bringing items such as umbrellas, eyeglass cases, and large electronics like tablets or laptops to prevent triggering the security systems.

Additionally, the district will hold a summer graduation on July 23 at 6 p.m. at the Browne Greaton Cole Auditorium on the Bridgeway Academy campus.
